Bringing together the leaders of Wealth Management and the top Digital Innovators in order to promote Geneva as the Global Centre of Wealth Management and Technology.
COUNTDOWN TO THE EVENT
Morning Session 1
Venture Capital in Wealth Management
In search for portfolio diversification, venture capital investment stands as a very attractive solution. It ensures low correlation with equity markets and provides hefty returns. Allocating a bigger part of the portfolio to venture capital has now been a long-established practice among pioneering investment funds such as the Yale Endowment Plan.
Switzerland is on the right track to build a world-leading support platform for its startup ecosystem. With extensive support provided through incubators, accelerators, and other services to fresh companies, it is our dearest wish to make of Geneva the centre for venture capital investment.
Morning Session 2
Is the future of Private Wealth Management online?
More coming soon!
Afternoon Session 1
The technologies for the future will now allow private wealth managers to provide more efficiently and more cost effectively their higher performing investment strategies to a larger portion of the world population.
Our industry is well aware of the massive opportunity this will provide. The forum will bring together industry leaders in the field of financial inclusion technologies and impact investing. We will learn about the latest trends in Asia and the rest of the world in technologies that provide banking facilities to a larger share of humanity. We will also learn from industry leaders about the opportunities in impact investing, technologies, their latest trends and responsibilities.
Afternoon Session 2
How can we technologically enhance the current Wealth Management Platforms?
For the first time in Geneva! “Doing Digital – Lessons from Leaders”
There are a small group of banks who are transforming to be digital banks. As we all know, this is incredibly difficult for a long-established bank with thousands of people and millions of customers. What are they doing right? How are they doing it? Why do we think they are digital banks? Is there a way we could all follow their path? During the last year, Chris Skinner has been travelling the world, talking to banks that are doing digital. He selected five to be case studies for his new book. From those interviews and discussions, Chris has found many lessons from banks that are doing digital right, and will share these lessons with the audience.
“Navigating disruption: The Future of Tokenization”
The speed and impact of technological innovation can seem overwhelming. As social contracts between individuals and businesses evolve, how do we know what technologies will have meaningful impact on our industry? During this session we’ll discuss how Tokenization offer greater efficiency and transparency to those willing to explore this as an opportunity.
