A reference in French-speaking Switzerland in the field of L & D and change management, Frédéric Kohler has held responsibilities of all kinds for over 30 years, both strategic and operational in the largest organizations in Geneva, whether public or private, Swiss or international.
Frédéric is also a regular lecturer at academic institutions (University of Geneva, HES-SO), a participant in think tanks (Genève Place Financière, Salon RH …) by means of conferences, debates or panels as well as a regular contributor in the general and financial press.
Holder of a law degree and a degree in education sciences, Frédéric Kohler has successively been a teacher, adult trainer, head of learning & development, exam experts and career coach.
Between 2002 and 2011, he was Head of Learning & Development with BNP Paribas (Switzerland), specifically in charge of Training, Talent Management and Change Management.
Since 2012, he has been heading ISFB, Switzerland’s largest financial training center and chairs the Board of the HES Kalaidos Bank & Finance (Romandie).
He is also a journalist and founder of Go Top, an HR consulting firm specializing in supporting organizational changes and the resulting transition phases.
